When life becomes more challenging than expected, it is important to have a space for an honest conversation with yourself. Psychological support is an opportunity to pause, reflect on your experience, find inner strength, and improve the quality of your life.
I am originally from the Donetsk region of Ukraine, though I lived for many years in Odesa, which became my home. That is where I began my path in psychology, studying at the Odesa National Medical University.
I have been in private practice since 2020. Since then, I have maintained continuous experience in personal and group work, as well as supervisory support. Currently, I am a Psychological Support Practitioner working within the existential approach, a member of the Ukrainian Association of Psychology and Psychotherapy, and I am pursuing a master's degree in clinical psychology.
I represent Ukraine in international projects (Diakoniewerk Romania; THW Jugend Germany) and psychological programs related to civil protection and psychological aid. I also provide support to Ukrainians in various parts of the world.
I work with adults and adolescents (16+)
Anxiety, fears, panic attacks — working with inner tension and finding ways to restore a sense of safety
Depressive and apathetic states — support during periods of lost energy, motivation, and interest in life
Crisis periods, loss, change, emigration — guidance through difficult life transitions and adaptation
Emotional confusion, inner conflicts — help in understanding your feelings and needs
Difficulties in relationships with yourself and others — exploring interaction patterns and building healthy boundaries
Traumatic past events, search for meaning and life direction — working with deep existential themes
I work within an existential-integrative approach. At the core of my practice is attentiveness to your experience, meaning, choices, and responsibility.
